CHARACTER INFORMATION-
Canon Character and Series: Itsuki 'Ikki' Minami from Air Gear(Manga)
In-Game Name: Itsuki Minami, aka Babyface, aka Ikki

Appearance: At almost six feet tall and muscle frame, Ikki isn't that different from the people around him. Mostly he relies on his personality to differentiate him. That and the bird that lives in his mess of jet black hair. He usually wears a black leather jacket with an old emblem on the back with the meaning of Kogarasumaru, an ancient sword. A pair of plain black jeans or sometimes matching leather pants are worn. Really he doesn't look too different with his plain clothes, and average appearance. The only thing to note are his eyes which many people often comment on how birdlike they are, giving him the nickname Crow.

Personality: Ikki is often considered an idiot. Atleast as a teenager he was a typical idiot. Matter of fact, he was pretty stupid as a kid as well. He loves the wind, and his personality has a lot of traits that resemble the force of nature. He moves often, never wanting to be in one place for too long. He feels most comfortable in the sky, whether its climbing the highest thing he can, or flying on a plane. Otherwise, he's pretty dumb. He never studied in school, is an raging pervert, and has no class what so ever.

In his life, he's always pushed to be best. When he was in school, he fought everyday until he was the known as the toughest kid in school, even in his first year. He would never back down from a fight, no matter what. Although, when he's fighting or doing something he actually deems serious, he drops the idiotic part of himself, and works his ass off. Sometimes you can't tell if Ikki is being an idiot, or is a genius.

If Ikki had taken the time to actually spend time studying and paying attention in school, he could have been a genius. Abstract ideas come easy to him, being able to plan out a fight or game perfectly. If he hadn't fallen in love with the wind he might have become an amazing strategist.

Abilities/Weapons: Before he was born, Ikki's Uncle was in charge of a magitechnology research group, trying to make a new weapon that could allow soldiers to fight in the sky atop of airships. The result, Air Trecks. Things that resembled roller blades but with magitechnology running them. The skates can push a user to speeds over 60 miles an hour on the ground, allow short periods of flight, allow falls from hundreds of feet, and other specialized abilities.

At the same time as they were building the AT's(Air Trecks) Uncle Minami and the scientists were working on creating children that would be able to harness special traits imbued in the skates. For Ikki, it was the Wind element that he was given. Other children were given different properties, one to use fire, another to use water, and even more specialized skates, like ones for Thorns and Rocks.

Ikki was never told of the reason why he had such a connection with the wind, but it didn't matter. He found the skates that his Uncle left him and learned to use their full potential. They look like boots with two wheels on them when not in use. Ikki's AT's can convert the back wheels of each foot to wings, allowing him to ride the air currents, letting him fly for extended periods of time.

Because of the Wind element in him, Ikki also has control over wind, to a point. From his hands he can push winds up to 60 miles an hour, or create mini-tornadoes. Sometimes he's noticed the ability to change the direction of the wind slightly, and has once flown for a short period of time without his AT's.

Other than his AT's, and his Wind Element, Ikki is a skilled hand to hand fighter, and has above average strength and stamina.

Weaknesses: Ikki can be an idiot. He can be confused easily, and tricked into doing something he doesn't want to do. He can be manipulated used, without him ever second guessing himself.

Like a true hero, his weaknesses include the need to protect his friends and family, willing to risk his life to protect their's, sometimes without even thinking of the consequences.

Otherwise, Ikki can be a huge pervert, and constantly is chasing after beautiful girls, and using his wind to look up skirts and the like.

History: Ikki has no memory from his past, except that of moving in with his 'family' the Noyamano girls. At 5, Ikki was dropped off at the household of a family friend, a house containing four beautiful sisters. While Ikki went to school and lived a somewhat normal life, the girls were all AT users, going out at night to fight other users in order to find the Sky Regalia, a weapon for AT's that could make the user unstoppable. It turned out that Ikki and the third sister, Ringo, were both Gravity Children, or children who were experimented on by Ikki's Uncle in order to produce children that could use AT's to their full extent. When Ikki was around 18 he found this out, and was furious. All his life they had lied to him, and never told him his true heritage.

In two years he was able to learn how to use his AT's at an advanced level, and was quickly getting closer the Sky Regalia, which had been lost when the Gravity Children fought over it, killing Ikki's uncle and the rest of the scientists. Hurt by his 'family's deception, Ikki left the house and left school, and ended up living with a pilot of an old junker plane. He quickly grew to love the feeling of flying in a plane, and when the old man died, he inherited the plane, calling it Kogarasumaru.

With no home and just a plane, he eventually found the 4423 and joined the crew, in search of more answers from his past.


SAMPLES-
Third Person (roleplay): Only an idiot would be sitting out on the hull of the airship as it cruised through the sky. And that idiot had to be one Ikki Minami, who was doing just that, sitting on the bow of the airship, yelling outloud as the air swished past him, threatening to lift him up and carry him away. But that feeling, he lived everyday to experience it once more. The sky was his home, and the wind was his mother, the one thing he felt could never betray him. So he stood, his feet laced into his Air Trecks, which gave him the quasi-magical traction to keep him from being carried off.

"Woohoooo!" he yelled, the wind catching the inside of his mouth so his cheeks fluttered, making him look more like an idiot. That didn't matter to the boy. He was going to Boston in the fall, after all.

'Better check on the bridge,' he thought to himself with a sly smirk, as he pressed the motors of the AT's forward against the wind. Riding toward the glass viewport Ikki stopped above it, and bent down to look inside, looking upside to those on the bridge.

Of course, no one liked when the bird brain decided to go out of the air ship as it was moving, didn't he know how dangerous it was? He did, but this was his home so he preferred it out here, rather than stuck inside. You could barely even see anything from inside.

So as the boy looked inside, he of course had the elevation to see down the nearest female's shirt, and nearly started bleeding from the nose. She noticed after a moment, and Ikki started laughing, so much that he lost his footing for a second. And so the wind carried up him and fast. Luckily, he was able to grab onto the hull, and stop himself from flying away.

With that disaster avoided, Ikki figured it was time to head in and get some food.


First Person (journal): I almost died!! Someone should really tell that girl that her top shows way too much breast. It's a hazard to all male members of the crew! Atleast, to all those that enjoy the activity of riding on the outside of the ship. Still haven't figured out why no one likes to go out there with me..

Gonna go look at the junker the old man left me. I still have no clue on how to fix it. I can fly it like the back of my hand, but when it comes to tools, I want to just hit it with a wrench until it's fixed. Maybe I can get a magic wrench that fixes stuff just by hitting it..I'll looking into that when we land next time.
